A piece of work by Scott Alan Fertig, photographed by me. I keep hearing words like "brave" and "crazy" circulating when talking about others who make dramatic changes. The jury appears to be out on me. I think I'm too busy to know if I care! I met Lynne Conner, PhD, recently, and told her why I wanted to get a PhD, and before she left Pittsburgh for Colby, she told me to go for it. It's good to hear from a few people that you are doing the right thing, even if the majority of people think you are crazy.
